Tvaritam Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. Our software application is designed for local or private infrastructure deployment. We do not collect, store, or have access to the data sets you process or the AI models you develop within the application. This policy applies to information collected via our website. Personal information collected through our website is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence models, nor for profiling or automated decision-making.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, prospective customers, and business users globally, including individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and India.

2. Cookies & Embedded Content

Our website does not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking. Only strictly necessary technical cookies and HTTP headers are used to ensure the website functions properly, remains secure, and content is delivered efficiently via AWS CloudFront.

Some pages include embedded content, such as videos hosted on YouTube. These are added using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. While interacting with embedded content, YouTube may collect usage data in accordance with its privacy policies. Tvaritam does not control or have access to any personal data collected by third-party providers.

You can manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, but disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect website functionality.

3. Infrastructure & Hosting

Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and delivered via AWS-managed content delivery networks, including AWS CloudFront. Backend form submissions are processed using AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda.

These service providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, solely for content delivery, security, and abuse prevention, and act as data processors in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide by filling out forms to request demos, support, or general inquiries.

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, organization name, country.
  • Payment Information: If you purchase a license, payment is processed securely via a third-party provider. For details on how your payment information is handled, see Section 12: Payments & Billing.

5. How We Use Information & Legal Basis

We process your personal information based on the following legal grounds:

  • Legitimate Interest: To respond to your inquiries, provide requested demos, communicate regarding products or services you have expressed interest in, and provide customer support.
  • Contractual Necessity: To fulfill obligations under a license or service agreement, including billing and technical support.
  • Compliance: To meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.

We do not use personal information for marketing campaigns, newsletters, automated decision-making, or profiling.

6. Data Sharing

Tvaritam does not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Information is shared only when:

  • Legal Obligations: Required by law or legal process
  • Remedy: Necessary to protect our rights or prevent misuse
  • Consent: Explicitly authorized by you through direct communication

Tvaritam operates globally and uses service providers that may process personal information in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

We apply rigorous technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption: Personal information is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 and at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
  • Access Control: Access to personal information is strictly limited to authorized personnel based on the "Principle of Least Privilege."
  • Monitoring: Continuous security monitoring and periodic vulnerability assessments prevent unauthorized access.

  • Access & Portability: Request a copy of the personal information we hold in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Correction & Deletion: Request updates or deletion of your personal information ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where previously given.
  • Object to Processing: Object to processing for marketing purposes.
  • Right to Know: Request details about categories and purposes of collected personal information.
  • Non-Discrimination: Exercising your privacy rights will not result in discrimination.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

  • Inquiry Data: Deleted 12 months after last interaction if no business relationship is established.
  • License & Support Data: Retained for the duration of your active license and 5 years thereafter for tax, legal, and audit purposes.

After retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or lower age thresholds where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware, such data is deleted immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

12. Payments & Billing

All payments for Tvaritam products and services are processed securely by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Tvaritam does not store or have access to full payment card details.

Razorpay may collect personal and financial information, including your name, email, billing address, and card/payment details, as required to process payments. The collection and processing of this information is governed by Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that your payment information is shared with Razorpay for transaction completion.
